In collaboration with the City of Lund, we shall help to meet the housing needs of the city. Our mission is to acquire, own, build and manage property or leasehold rights to homes, business premises or public buildings.
We shall offer the residents of Lund high-quality housing in good environments at affordable rents, while ensuring that planning and new construction are adapted to demand. In the next seven to eight years, we plan to build about 1,800 new rental units, and it is our goal to complete 250 to 300 units each year.
We have homes in the city of Lund, Stångby, Dalby, Södra Sandby, Veberöd, Genarp and Revinge. In total we own and manage 9,000 residential properties, which is approximately 40% of all rental units in the municipality. This means that between 15,000 and 20,000 Lund inhabitants have their home with us.
