Converging on Eindhoven - CITyFiED goes to the EIP SCC General Assembly

The European Innovation Partnership on Smart Cities and Communities will be holding its third General Assembly in Eindhoven (NL) on 24 May.

As this is a unique gathering of the Smart Cities community from across Europe, various meetings and workshops will be the point of convergence of numerous SCC projects including CITyFiED. Many members of our project team are primed to deliver their insights and share their experience.

On 23 May CITyFiED partners (CARTIF, VEOLIA,, IVL, Steinbeis) will be participating in the Lighthouse Projects Meeting organised by EUROCITIES. This takes the form of a workshop which will look specifically at creating links for scaling smart cities solutions.

The EIP-SCC General Assembly is due to take place on the 24 May. This third edition will focus on key policy and market trends for smart cities and communities, and on networking and clustering activities. The agenda features a set of action clusters. CITyFiED coordinators Fundación CARTIF will be participating in the General Outreach, Breakout session "Introduction to monitoring and assessment", in the “Citizens Focus” session.

The CITyFiED team will also display a poster at the EIP-SCC General Assembly venue.
