Wining the award lends even more credibility to the solutions and methodology driving district renovation as part of CITyFiED and comes just three weeks after the Spanish demonstration won a major international district heating and cooling prize. Rubén García Pajares of Cartif was present at the gala dinner in Barcelona on behalf of Torrelago in Laguna del Duero to collect the second place diploma.
