One of the main purposes of Cityfied is to show the potential of renovating older multi-family homes so that they reach the same energy standard as the requirements for new housing, in relation to other solutions. Within the project, several issues such as energy efficiency, economy in rebuilding, dialogue with tenants prior to refurbishment agreements have been handled.
