On May 28-30, Maltepe Municipality’s EU and International Relations Department with the partnership of Eurosolar Turkey held the 3 day 5th International Energy Conference in Maltepe, İstanbul.
On the 3rd day of the conference, EU and International Relations Department personnel urban planner Bahadır Keşan presented the municipality’s overall plan and 5 year energy efficiency oriented strategic plan. Entitled “Energy Related Smart City Solution for Maltepe Municipality” the presentation focused on Maltepe Municipality’s EU and H2020 projects.
Keşan explained the CITyFiED project in details to the audience and give a large description of the project and Maltepe’s benefit from it and its future plans of replicating the techniques learnt in CITyFiED.
